This event has a special place in my heart. It means a lot to my brother and I. Last year I tried it out by myself raising a total 1830 and the money raise from that is still shown below!  This year my goal is to top that! By donating money you are supporting me in my decision to participate in a water involved activity like wakeboarding or tubing. The money that I raise will be donated to the cause which is tbd. Freezin for a Reason Fundraiser set for December 7, 2024
 
Williams Bay, WI- Join us at Gage Marine & PIER 290 Restaurant for Freezin for a Reason, Saturday, December 7, 2024 from 11:00am- 3:00pm.
Freezin for a Reason gives water-skiers, wakeboarders, surfers, and tubers of all ages a unique opportunity to brave the chilly waters of Lake Geneva to raise money for the Santa Cause Super Charity, which supports several local charities in Walworth County.  Participants are asked to get sponsorship pledges from businesses, family, friends, and fans.  The minimum donation to participate in Freezin for a Reason is $75.00.
The fun filled day also includes a Water Ski show by the Aquanuts Water Ski Team, food and beverage specials, raffles, and a live and silent auction.  Weather permitting.  The Grand Belle will be docked and available for warming and changing for participants.
The event, which has garnered television and newspaper coverage over the years, has grown its participants to around 100, with more than 250 spectators and supporters cheering them on. Over $55,000.00 was raised in past years, with hopes to raise $60,000 this year.
